I create learning systems that help people grow, lead, and perform at their best. My work spans leadership development, customer education, soft skills, productivity, and software training. I focus on designing learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and aligned with how people actually work.
My process is guided by research, performance data, feedback, and a genuine interest in how people learn best. I've led scalable programs that build capability, improve adoption, and strengthen team performance. I'm skilled in using AI and course authoring tools, LXPs, and LMS platforms to design, deliver, and evaluate learning efficiently. Whether helping new managers lead with confidence or guiding teams through new technology, my goal is to make every learning experience practical, relevant, and worth people's time.

Sara came on board and quickly fit into the team and all projects assigned to her. Sara has a strong work ethic, great positive attitude and mentality, wicked smarts and communicates well, even in ambiguous situations…Sara offered this team a strong foundation of Org Psych knowledge and research focused programs.
She was masterful in her work with the kids from starting out asking them to check in whether it was a good or bad day so far and why, if they wanted (she gave an appropriate "opt out") to showing a brief (and very cool) video that encapsulated what they had learned so far.
Have something in mind? I'd love to hear from you.
