About

I create learning systems that help people grow, lead, and perform at their best. My work spans leadership development, customer education, soft skills, productivity, and software training. I focus on designing learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and aligned with how people actually work.

My process is guided by research, performance data, feedback, and a genuine interest in how people learn best. I've led scalable programs that build capability, improve adoption, and strengthen team performance. I'm skilled in using AI and course authoring tools, LXPs, and LMS platforms to design, deliver, and evaluate learning efficiently. Whether helping new managers lead with confidence or guiding teams through new technology, my goal is to make every learning experience practical, relevant, and worth people's time.

What I Do

Learning Design

I use ADDIE/SAM with design thinking to develop learning experiences that get learners interested, provide ample opportunities for practice and feedback, and empower them to apply new knowledge and skills when and where it counts. Deliverables include (but are not limited to):

Learning Jams

I facilitate learning jams to help teams grow their LXD skills. Each session is a customized, hands-on fun way to learn and solve problems together in the learning and development space. Example sessions include:

  • Creating training templates to standardize branding and reduce development time
  • Using AI to build reusable interactives for Storyline/Rise
  • Creating a knowledge management system for your organization
  • Using AI voiceovers to narrate eLearning courses
  • Getting to know your learners with limited time and access

Coaching

I provide 1:1 coaching for leaders outside of the LXD space in how to use adult learning theory and frameworks to get the best from their employees and themselves. Coaching topics include:

  • Measuring performance and identifying performance gaps
  • Identifying learning solutions to close performance gaps
  • Creating a performance dashboard and monitoring performance
  • Connecting the business strategy to staff training and day-to-day functions
